Salumificio Santini was born in San Lorenzo Picenardi thanks to the initiative of Piero Santini, who started an artisan production and sale of typical local cured meats.
The activity carried out with passion and ability achieves a good success and this allows the creation of the first plant in Torre Picenardi. The new generation bearer of new impulses takes over.
Increases the production and the types of products promoted by the requests of new customers, remains the desire to operate in strict compliance with quality and tradition. In 2010 the increase in sales encourages the creation of a new modern production facility in Torre Picenardi and the opening of two points of sale to the public; it is a significant step that allows a direct approach to the market and its needs.
From this Santini has drawn inspiration to spend CAPACITY AND EXPERIENCE in new production proposals that accompany and enrich the traditional range of salami and cotechini.
