Our products are made with selected raw materials, are checked and certified. Quality control, during processing and finished product, guarantees a high quality standard for all our productions.
In the new premises we have dedicated a part of the plant for the realization of our “gluten-free” line: production of fresh and dry gluten-free foods for all those who suffer from allergy and gluten intolerance.
Most of our products are made only with sourdough, so milk, eggs or derivatives are not used. We produce baked goods typical of the Apulian and Altamura tradition: BREAD, TARALLI, BISCOTTI, FRISELLE.
